Ria, Bang Doel, dan Karya Segala Zaman

Dedi Ansori teringat sesuatu. Entah apa itu, tapi yang jelas: masa muda. Sambil dengar lagu “Setangkai Anggrek Bulan” yang disenandungkan “aktor segala zaman dan usia” mirip Iqbal ‘Dylan’, Rano Karno dan aktris yang padanya tercurah 3 tonggak kecantikan–Cinta Laura, Laudya Cynthia Bella, dan Dian Sastro–, yakni Ria Irawan, betul-betul mengingatkannya pada masa lalu.

“69 tahun telah berlalu. Jadi ingat masa muda dulu. Andaikan waktu kuputar kembali,” tulis Dedi. Ada semacam kesadaran baru, bahwa kini umurku sudah 69. Tidak muda lagi. Rasanya waktu berjalan cepat sekali. Ingat kenangan muda, rasanya ingin kembali aku ke masa itu. Kurang lebih itu itu yang dipikirkan Dedi.

Waktu berjalan rasanya cepat sekali ya. Saya ingat, dulu ibuku baru 34 tahun. Itu waktu saya kecil. Tapi, kemudian jadi 50 tahun. Setelah itu saya jarang lagi bertanya ibuku umur berapa. Saya nggak mau ibuku menua. Saya ingin terus melihatnya sehat dan kuat–dan itu doaku tiap waktu.

Di lain waktu, dua anakku yang perempuan sedang liburan ke Sulawesi sekira 4 bulan. Pulang ke sini, saya lihat mereka jadi tambah tinggi dan besar. Saya lihat di cermin, wajahku masih sama kayak 20 tahun lalu. Hmm, terlalu berlebihan kalo 20, ya sekitar 10 tahun lalu aja kalo gitu.

Saya jadi ingat ibuku. Waktu lihat seorang sastrawan membawakan materi, bayangan saya beliau masih tetap muda. Tapi, lama tidak bertemu saya lihat beliau juga sudah 60-an. Usianya muda satu tahun dari ibuku. Berarti, ibuku juga sudah berusia di situ. Saya yang selalu berpikir “ibuku masih muda”, rupanya kini harus mulai berpikir “ibuku tidak muda lagi.” Anaknya sudah pada nikah, dan cucu-cucunya juga sudah remaja.

Memori saya tentang perjalanan tahun kayak statis. Saya merasa tahun-tahun ini berubah begitu saja tapi kita tetap tidak menua. Saat saya kecapean ngetik, istriku kadang bilang, karena faktor umur. Saya merasa belum tua. Dulu saya ngetik dari malam sampe pagi, bahkan bisa seterusnya. Tapi memang sih kadang rasa ngantuk dan capek lebih terasa di sekarang. Tapi saya merasa sedikit lebih bijak, lebih bisa mengendalikan setir kehidupan.

Suatu pagi, setelah pengajian rutin di rumah, saya baca tafsir. Setelah itu menyiapkan sebuah teks bahasa Inggris. Tiba-tiba teringat dengan lagu A. Riyanto di atas. Ria Irawan masih setia menyanyi di kanal tersebut. Bang Doel juga masih ada di situ. Suara mereka terus kita dengar, kayak abadi. Walau Ria sudah tiada, tapi manja tatapan dan rekah senyumnya tak bosan dilihat sepanjang waktu. Kalah generasi TikTok.

Saya jadi ingat sebuah lagu yang pernah temani saya waktu nulis buku, sekitar 11 tahun lalu (saya punya lagu andalan tiap nulis buku). Di situ saya lihat penyanyi asal Ajaccio, Selatan Prancis, ibarat bunga lagi merekahnya. Dia dipuji dimana-mana. Waktu itu dia “cover”–istilah keren sekarang–lagunya ratu pop asal Amerika yang sekarang berusia 60-an–dengan performa yang bagus saat solo maupun satu tim di panggung. Setelah lewat 11 tahun, saya lihat lagi penyanyi itu. Tapi, beda banget dengan yang dulu.

Jika dulu sangat enerjik. Kini, aktris itu sudah mulai tidak seperti dulu. Bahkan, beberapa netizen kayak nggak mau terima itu, dan mereka maunya sang aktris seperti itu. Tapi, mau gimana ya, saat ini kan si aktris sudah menikah, punya anak, dst. Ada yang mungkin bertanya: “Kan walau sudah menikah tetap bisa jaga tubuh agar tetap kayak dulu.” Ya, nggak semudah itu juga.

Suatu waktu, saya ngobrol dengan istriku dengan seorang aktris. Dulu saya suka dengar lagunya juga–waktu saya remaja. Bahkan, dalam perjalanan naik angkot dari Kampung Rambutan ke Pondok Gede (sekitar 1990-an pertengahan) saya suka dengar lagunya sambil makan nasi uduk. Tapi, kini dia berubah. Tidak seenerjik dulu lagi. Bahkan, karakternya juga nyusut. Apa sebabnya?

Mungkin kita bisa bertanya pada waktu. Waktu mengubah segalanya; pikiran, teman, tubuh, dan juga nasib. Itulah kenapa kita nggak boleh meremehkan orang yang sekarang kelihatan biasa-biasa, karena bisa jadi waktu akan mengantarnya pada puncak sukses. Pun, mereka yang berjaya juga ada saatnya akan turun. Karena tak ada yang abadi, selain karya dan nama baik.
