Judul di atas adalah respon teman kelas S3 penulis Dr. Muhammad Yusuf, M.Pd., di grup WA ketika usai penulis mengunggah jadwal ujian promosi dan Surat Keputusan (SK) komposisi penguji yang dikeluarkan Pascasarjana UIN Alauddin. Tak hanya itu, berapa penguji yang penulis temui lalu menyerahkan SK tersebut juga menganggap ada hal yang spesial dari pemilihan tempat gedung rektorat tersebut. Berbagai asumsi terlontar, “mungkin karena Pak Rektor Pengujinya?” Tulis Dr. Farida, M.Kom., ia salah satu teman kelas pada konsentrasi Dakwah dan Komunikasi yang lebih dahulu selesai melewati ujian promosi.

Promotor penulisan disertasi yakni Prof. Dr. H. Abd. Rasyid Masri, M.Pd., M.Si., M.M., saat penulis menyerahkan SK dan undangan pemberi nasehat-nasehat akademik saat ujian promosi nanti. Penulis beri tahu bahwa tempat ujian akan dilaksanakan di gedung rektorat. Ia
berucap, “wah luar biasa tempat ujian kamu ini. Di gedung rektorat. Penting dicatat di agenda saya ini.” Ucap dekan Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UINAM yang baru saja menjabat.

Sementara Kopromotor 1 penulis Dr. H. Suf Kasman, M.Ag., M.H. juga berucap saat menyerahkan SK dan undangan, “ini kerena judul dan hasil temuan kamu ini adalah suatu hal yang baru. Sebab itu tertarik dan jadi atensi Pak Rektor.” Ucap salah satu promotor yang saat bimbingan penulisan disertasi ngotot harus ada tercantum kalimat Polri. Sebab Da’i Siber Indonesia dibentuk oleh Polri. Ini alasannya hingga harus dicantumkan kata tersebut.

Penguji 3 penulis Dr. Hj. Nurlelah Abbas, Lc., M.Ag., juga memberi apresiasi dan pujian. Ketika penulis memberi tahu bahwa tempat ujian terbuka di gedung rektorat UINAM. “Tempat ujian promosi kamu ini spesial. Sebab di gedung rektorat. Ruangan yang biasa dipakai rapat senat.” Tutur penguji yang paling cantik di antara seluruh penguji di ujian proposal, ujian hasil, ujian terbuka penulis.

Sosok yang mengusulkan ujian promosi di gedung rektorat adalah sekertaris Prodi Dirasah Islamiyah yakni Dr. H. Abdul Rahman Sakka, M.Pd.I., waktu itu, penulis beri tahu bahwa akan mendaftar ujian promosi, sebab sudah ada penulis dapatkan penguji eksternal dari kepolisian. Ia lalu menjawab lewat WhatApp dengan mengusulkan penulis untuk ujian promosi ditempatkan di gedung rektorat lantai 4.

Lazimnya Ujian Promosi di Gedung PPG

Entah penulis yang kurang up date informasi di UINAM, selama kuliah S3 di sana yang hampir tiga tahun tidak pernah mendengar dan juga membaca berita ada mahasiswa S3 ujian promosi di gedung rektorat.

Berita yang sering berseliweran di grup WhatsApp mahasiswa UINAM selalu mencantumkan tempat ujian di gedung PGG (pendidikan profesi guru). Beralamat di jalan Pao-pao Kabupaten Gowa. Bahkan ada tiga teman kelas penulis yang lebih dahulu melewati ujian promosi, juga dilaksanakan di gedung tersebut.

Karena itu, untuk mengobati rasa penasaran dan agar ruangan ujian tersebut dapat kuasai area-areanya. Maka timbul inisiatif ketika penulis mengantar SK dan surat undangan dari Direktur Pascasarjana UINAM Prof. Dr. H. Abustani Iliyas, M.Ag., Yakni surat permohonan agar rektor UINAM Prof. H. Hamdan Juhannis, M.A., Ph.D., berkenan memimpin sidang promosi penulis. Ruangan yang bertempat di lantai paling atas gedung rektorat penulis masuki.

Terdapat kalimat tertulis di depan pintu masuk, ruang rapat senat. Lalu penulis masuk di dalamnya. Di dalam hati bergumam, di ruang ini nanti saya akan dicecar pertanyaan oleh delapan penguji. Empat bertitel profesor dan empat bergelar doktor, salah satu di antara mereka mantan anggota Polri berpangkat terakhir Ajun Komisaris Besar Polisi yang bernama Dr. H. Muhammad Tahir, SH., MH., LLM.

Harapan Meraih Lulusan Terbaik

Prestasi penulis di bidang kinerja yang diberikan instansi pemerintah, alhamdulillah mencukupi. Yakni Penyuluh teladan di Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sulsel tahun 2021. Hingga prestasi ini mengantarkan penulis mengikuti lomba nasional. Kemudian penghargaan Honorary Police (warga kehormatan polri) dari Kapolda Sulsel tahun 2016.

Dari Kepala BNNP Sulsel dua kali penulis diberi penghargaan sebagai muballig yang sangat aktif memberi penyuluhan bahaya narkotika. Juga meraih penghargaan dari Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kemenkumham Sulsel. Sebagai Da’i Kamtibmas yang aktif berdakwah di lima Lapas dan Rutan diwilayah Makassar dan sekitarnya.

Akan tetapi, penghargaan tersebut belum ada pengakuan prestasi dari instansi lembaga pendidikan. Baik itu ketika penulis SD, SMP, SMA, S1, dan S2. Sehingga itu, berharap kali ini dapat kesempatan untuk meraih reward dari lembaga pendidikan. Yakni cita-cita penulis dari sejak awal masuk kuliah UIN Alauddin yakni ingin meraih lulusan terbaik di Pascasarjana angkatan angkatan 2023/2024. Semoga saja dapat terwujud.

Ada tiga lembaga terkatrol naik dari hasil temuan penulisan disertasi penulis. Yakni yang pertama Polri dalam hal ini Polres Maros. Instansi yang membentuk inovasi bernama Da’i Siber Indonesia. Yang kedua, Kementerian Agama Maros, sebab kolaborasi pembentukan Da’i Siber Indonesia melibatkan pegawai ASN Kementerian Agama Maros. Dan yang ketiga UIN Alauddin Makassar, sebab di kampus hijau inilah narasi kesuksesan Da’i Siber Indonesia diungkapkan secara ilmiah. Judul disertasi penulis yakni: Strategi Da’i Siber Indonesia POLRI dalam Mewujudkan Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat di Kabupaten Maros.
