Menjelang pelaksanaan ujian sidang terbuka/promosi langit di atas kampus UIN Alauddin gelap gulita. Seperti membawa berita gembira bagi petani. Air yang menjadi sumber pokok dalam menumbuhkan tanaman palawija dan serealia sepertinya akan turun. Tak lama kemudian hujan deras pun berkubik-kubik takarannya jatuh membasahi bumi Batara Gowa. Tempat lahir ulama besar yang jadi pahlawan di tiga negara yakni Syekh Yusuf Al-Makassari dan juga pahlawan yang berjuluk Ayam Jantan dari Timur I Mallombasi Daeng Mattawang atau Sultan Hasanuddin.

Deretan Penguji ujian terbuka/promosi doktor Hamka Mahmud
Sementara susana dalam ruangan tempat bisa dipakai rapat senat di lantai 4 gedung rektorat UIN Alauddin sudah mulai masuk satu persatu tamu. Ada yang berucap, “kami terlambat karena terjebak macet akibat hujan deras sekali. Sehingga air tergenang di jalan yang menjadi penyebab mobil tidak bisa melaju normal.” Tutur seorang tamu dari kerabat promovendus.

Lalu sesaat kemudian terdengar suara berwibawa berucap, “Pada hari ini, Rabu dilaksanakan sidang ujian terbuka atau promosi doktor. Promovendus atas nama Hamka Mahmud dengan nomor NIM 80100320095,” Ujar pemilik palu godam, ” Riwayat pendidikan S1 STAI DDI Makassar tahun 2016, S2 UIM Al-Ghazali tahun 2020. Ia akan mempertahankan disertasinya dengan judul, “Strategi Da’i Siber Indonesia POLRI dalam Mewujudkan Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat di Kabupaten Maros.” Tutur Prof. Dr. H. Abustani Ilyas, M.Ag.

Selanjutnya ia serahkan pada juri pertama mengutarakan pertanyaan. “Kepada Dr. Hj. Nurlaela Abbas, Lc., MA., dipersilahkan.” Ucap pimpinan sidang yang manggambil alih sementara tugas penulis buku ternama yang kemudian diangkat jadi film berjudul yakni, “Melawan Takdir.” besutan Prof. H. Hamdan Juhannis, Ph.D.

Setelah menyapa seluruh hadirin, penguji satu-satu yang mewakili kaum hawa tersebut berucap, “pertama, saya mengucapkan selamat dan sukses kepada promovendus atas capaiannya yang luar biasa hari ini telah berdiri di tengah-tengah kita. Pelaksanaan ujian promosinya spesial di tempat ini. Sebab tidak selamanya di sini, ada tempat khusus. Tatapi Alhamdulillah, promovendus diberi izin untuk menempati tempat ini.”. Ucap penguji yang pernah mengetes bacaan Alqurannya.

“Yang kedua, yang ingin saya promosikan, bahwa promovendus ini adalah aktivis dan penulis buku dan artikel dibeberapa media. Hingga itu sangat layak ia untuk dipromosikan.” Ucapnya diiringi tepuk tangan hadirin. Setelah itu ia menguji lewat pertanyaan. “Apakah kahadiran Da’i Siber Indonesia di kabupaten Maros, betul-betul telah telah terbukti menciptakan keamanan dan ketertiban di kabupaten Maros.?” Urai Pertanyaannya.

Promovendus menjawab, “Ia telah terbukti. Sebab pilkada paling aman sejak dilaksanakan di kabupaten Maros adalah Pilkada tahun 2020. Yang mana tidak ada sengketa dan insiden kriminal seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Yakni ada pelemparan bom molotov di salah satu kantor camat di Maros.” Jawab promovendus lalu lampu merah menyala. Tanda durasi waktu habis.

Giliran selanjutnya sosok profesor yang anak angkat raja intelijen RI dan mantan atase pendidikan Indonesia di Philipina. Prof. Dr. H. Mustari, S.Ag., M.Pd. Ia bertanya visioner tentang kesusesan DASI saat Pilkada 2020 di Maros yang lalu. Ingin mengaitkan pemilu yang akan datang, “Bagaimana pemilu yang akan datang, sebelum dan setelahnya. Apakah DASI bisa berperan. Saya ingin mendengar analisis seorang calon doktor?”.

Promovendus menjawab, “Ada ungkapan bijak mengatakan, kalau ingin sukses maka tirulah orang yang sukses. Karena DASI Polri telah sukses berkontribusi dalam wujudkan aman dan damai pemilu yang lalu. Maka hal yang sama bisa juga dilakukan jika mereka dilibatkan dalam pemilu tahun 2024 yang akan datang. Apakah pilpres, dan pemilihan bupati, walikota, dan gubernur.” Jawab promovendus.

Diusulkan Pangkat Tituler dan Mobil Penyuluhan Kamtibmas (DASI)

Penguji eksternal diberi giliran selanjutnya. Ia adalah sosok yang diperkenalkan oleh Kapolsek Turikale Kompol Dr. Mariana Taruk Rante yakini AKBP (Purn) H. Muhammad Tahir, SH., MH., LLM. mengajukan pertanyaan, “Apa novelti atau kebaruan yang diungkap dalam penelitian anda ini?” Promovendus jawab, “Ada banyak hal yang baru diungkap. Yakni pertama, bahwa DASI Polri ini adalah satu-satunya hanya ada di Kabupaten Maros. Kedua, temuan 12 bentuk sinergitas antara DASI dengan Polri di kabupaten Maros; ketiga, metode ada sebelas dalam kontribusi mewujudkan Kamtibmas”. Jawab promovendus.

Ia lalu memberi saran, “bagi saya mantan yang anggota Polri untuk Promovendus sangat layak diberi pangkat Tituler. Seperti yang juga diberikan pada Dedy Corbuzier oleh TNI. Ia berkontribusi real kemitraannya dengan Polri.” Promovendus lalu merespon usulan tersebut, “Saya baru dengar hal ini dari bapak penguji. Secara pribadi sangat bersyukur diusulkan untuk menerima pengkat Tituler dari Polri. Jika bisa juga mengusul, yakni kami telah 9 tahun mengabdi jadi mitra Polri. Tahun lalu 2021, mobil operasional dakwah atau penyuluhan Kamtibmas (DASI) kami tergenang oleh banjir. Akibatnya rusak parah, pernah coba diperbaiki. Tatapi tidak normal lagi. Saat ini, hanya menggunakan motor yang sudah usang. Kaca spionnya tidak tegak lagi pada posisinya.” Usul harapan promovendus.

Mobil Penyuluhan Kamtibmas promovendus yang tidak bisa lagi dikendarai akibat kena banjir tahun 2021
“Kalau bisa ada mobil operasional dari Polri atau dari mana saja, yang dapat dipakai yang melindungi kami dari terpaan hujan dan sengatan matahari saat berangkat memberi penyuluhan Kamtibmas di Lapas, Rutan dan di masyarakat.” Harapan promovendus diungkapkan pada sidang promosi tersebut.

Selanjutnya pertanyaan paling kritis justru datang dari tiga promotor promovendus.
