Hari ini Rabu, 15 Februari 2023 ada terkirim berita menyenangkan dari hasil pemeriksaan mesin turniting stap kampus Pascasarjana UIN Alauddin Makassar bernama Fahrul bahwa angka plagiasi hanya 6 % (persen).
Alhamdulillah. Rasa syukur amat sangat kepada Allah SWT. Sebab hasil ketikan jari
jemari yang diperintah akal. Melalui olah informasi bacaan dari lebih seratus buku referensi dan wawancara dengan beragam responden yang terkait penelitian.
Serta menjalankan instruksi dari promotor Prof. Dr. H. Abd. Rasyid Masri, M.Pd.,M.Si., M.M., dan kopromotor 1 Dr. H. Suf Kasman dan 2 Dr. Arifuddin Tike, M.Sos.I. Dan juga mengakomodir saran-saran dan juga kritik penguji utama: 1). Prof. Hamdan Juhannis, Ph.D., 2). Prof. Dr. Mustari S.Ag.,M.Pd., dan
3). Dr. Hj. Nurlaelah Abbas, Lc., M.A.
Disertasi penulis berjudul, “Strategi Da’i Siber Indonesia POLRI dalam Mewujudkan Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat di Kabupaten Maros.” Lolos dari tudingan dan sangkaan plagiat. Hasil enam persen tersebut sangat jauh disparitasnnya dari batas maksimal yang ditetapkan kampus UINAM yaitu 25 %. Artinya sekalipun 20% hasil turniting tetap disertasi penulis lolos dari skrining mesin pendeteksi plagiat.
Dengan hasil 6 % tersebut, maka semakin menyemangati penulis untuk menjadikan hasil penelitian tersebut, suatu buku yang bermanfaat bagi agama dan bangsa, serta khususnya Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (POLRI). Sebab di dalamnya ada kolaborasi polisi, tokoh agama dan para penyuluh dari Kementerian Agama.
Ada hal yang menurut penulis disertasi ini dimudahkan Allah swt dalam penyusunan dan penulisannya yaitu karena adanya data yang sepertinya harus masuk dalam disertasi. Terutama terkait rekrumen calon anggota POLRI kedepan. Data kuesioner yang dibawa oleh tim Lemdiklat Sespim POLRI yang dipimpin oleh jenderal bintang dua. Yakni IRJEN Pol Rusdi Hartono Ketika penelitian di Mapolres Maros 20 Mei 2022 dan hanya satu-satunya penulis selaku responden penelitian, dapat membawa pulang kuesioner yang ternyata ada data dan informasi di dalamnya yang sangat penting untuk disertasi.
Dari situlah terbersit ide dan berencana akan jadikan buku populer yang mudah dipahami saat dibaca semua kalangan dengan merevisi judulnya, yaitu, “Strategi DASI POLRI Mewujudkan Kamtibmas: Role Model di Era Siber Kemitraan Polisi dengan Da’i dan Penyuluh saat PEMILU serta Setelahnya.” Ini judul hasil renungan.
Penulis tambahkan kalimat “role model”. Sebab sosok anak angkat mantan Kepala BIN Prof. A.M Hendropriyono yang jadi penguji utama 2 penulis yaitu Prof. Dr. H. Mustafa, S.Ag., M.Pd. mengatakan saat penulis menyerahkan undangan ujian hasil lalu berucap, “Bagus penelitian Anda ini, dapat jadi role model bagi institusi POLRI.” Ujar mantan Atese Pendidikan Kedutaan Besar Indonesia untuk Filipina tersebut.
Sebelum itu, ada kata yang sangat urgen masuk di judul yaitu POLRI. Kopromotor 1 Dr. H. Suf Kasman, yang mengistruksikan harus masuk kata tersebut. Sementara kopromotor 1, Dr. Arifuddin juga tak kalah penting juga. Sebab mengarahkan penulis untuk mewawancara tiga kelompok yaitu personil DASI dan polisi, serta masyarakat. Sehingga itu, termasuk Bupati Maros AS. Chaidir Syam ada tertera dalam disertasi.
Sementara sosok paling vital penulisan karya disertasi penulis hingga mendapat nilai turniting 6 % yaitu promotor. Sebab jika tidak setuju dengan saran kopromotor dan tidak seirama dengan penguji utama. Maka disertasi 300 halaman tersebut tak bisa melewati ujian proposal dan ujian hasil. Karena itu, ketika ada berita beredar pengumuman lulus sebagai salah satu dari Timsel pemilihan komisioner KPU Provinsi Sulsel tahun 2023 penulis mengucapkan selamat kepada promotor Prof. Dr. H. Abd. Rasyid Masri, M.Pd., M.Si., M.M.
Satu hal yang juga berkesan bagi penulis yaitu penguji utama 3 Dr. Hj. Nurlaelah Abbas, Lc., M.A., memuji kutipan referensi dari buku karya teman semasa ia kuliah di Malaysia yaitu Dr. H. Atabik Luthfi, Lc., M.A., bukunya berjudul, “Tafsir Da’awi: Tadabbur ayat-ayat Dakwah untuk para Da’i.” Penulis kutip berkali-kali.
Masih tersisa dua kali ujian yang harus dilewati untuk syarat resmi jadi doktor di bidang Dakwah dan Komunikasi yakni ujian tutup dan ujian terbuka (promosi doktor). Pada ujian promosi doktor nanti, In Syaa Allah penulis berencana mengudang promotor eksternal dari kepolisian dan membagikan buku gratis kepada tamu undangan yang menyaksikan jalannya ujian. Yaitu buku populer yang diberi berjudul, “Strategi DASI POLRI Mewujudkan KAMTIBMAS: Role Model di Era Siber Kemitraan Polisi dengan Da’i dan Penyuluh saat PEMILU serta Setelahnya”.
